I believe in the whole-body approach to psychotherapy. I employ collaborative and strength-based techniques that aid in overcoming obstacles that may be impacting your daily life. Using methods that consider biological, psychological, and social factors, we will work together to identify your goals, maximize your strengths, and develop tools that help you focus on being your best self. I work with all gender and sexual identities.
Before becoming a psychologist, I worked as a medical assistant in a local non-profit clinic, where I was given the opportunity to work with people from all walks of life, as well as assist in running an LGBTQ+ clinic. I enjoy incorporating all that I learned, both from a medical and relational standpoint, into my current practice.
I offer a no-cost 15-minute consultation to answer any questions you may have and figure out if we will be a good fit working together. All appointments are currently telehealth.
